Air fryer chicken wings



 Using the KFC seasoning, listed on this blog, roll in egg, then the KFC flour mixture, repeating the process two times then spritz with oil NOT PAM or the like. Bake in preheated air fryer for 21 minutes turning halfway through. 

The results are crispy, flavorful wings to enjoy with way less calories than frying. I'm not a fan of chicken unless it is deep fried or broasted, but I really enjoy chicken done this way and not eating so many calories.

*** I only use/measure the amount of seasoned flour for what I may need to the amount of chicken I prepare. The rest of the seasoned flour is stored in the freezer for later use.
